History:

Whitchurch Engineering, Inc. (W.E.I.) was founded by Leonard Whitchurch in 1996 and now has offices in Fortuna and Eureka, California. We are proud be recognized as a California State and Federal Women Owned Small Business.

Skills:

W.E.I. is your one stop shop for all things provided by Consulting Engineers. Our staff includes Civil Engineers licensed in California and Oregon as well as California licensed Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineers, an Architect, a Land Surveyor, and an AutoCAD design professional. From residential construction and additions to planning and permitting for special use property or decommissioning of industrial sites, we have the skills and experience working with local, county, state, and federal agencies to help you successfully complete your project.

Experience:

Four of our engineers have over 25 years of experience each on all types of civil engineering projects. We are well known for solving complex engineering problems while addressing stakeholder/agency demands and processes.
